Privacy Policy

What we store locally

PerpsX stores trading preferences, session credentials, and UI settings in your browser (localStorage). This data stays on your device unless you clear site data.

Wallet & on-chain activity

When you connect a wallet, your public address is used to open a Polymarket Perps session. Transactions and balances are public on Polygon. We do not receive your private keys.

Third parties

Authentication may use Privy. Market data and trading APIs are provided by Polymarket. Optional error reporting (Sentry) only runs if a DSN is configured by the operator. Those services have their own privacy policies.

No sale of personal data

PerpsX does not sell personal information. We do not operate an account database of emails/passwords for mainnet wallet users.
