By using PerpsX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

Service

PerpsX is a non-custodial frontend for Polymarket Perps on Polygon. PerpsX does not custody assets, operate the matching engine, or execute trades on your behalf. Orders and transactions are submitted through Polymarket systems and your connected wallet.

Risk

Leveraged perpetual futures are highly speculative. You may lose all deposited collateral. Positions can be liquidated, funding and volatility affect returns, and blockchain transactions may be irreversible. See the Risk Disclosure.

Eligibility and compliance

You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with laws and third-party terms applicable to you. PerpsX does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice and does not perform identity verification on your behalf.

Prohibited use

Do not use PerpsX to violate law, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, submit malicious or deceptive transactions, or infringe another person’s rights.

Suspension and termination

Access may be changed or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to abuse. You may stop using PerpsX at any time. This does not reverse transactions already submitted.

Service availability

The interface is provided as available. Market data may be delayed or incomplete, and the service may be interrupted. Verify transaction details in your wallet and with Polymarket before signing.
